How to Enable Command Blocks
Command blocks are needed for many things in Minecraft. They allow you to run commands without having to type things in the chat, and you can activate them with redstone!
Head over to the “Properties” tab and click on the server.properties file.
Find the line search for "Command-Blocks" and you'll find the button below, toggle it and restart your server to take effect.
