Note: This is for Cloudflare users only! If you do not have your name servers at Cloudflare, do so here:

  • The most important thing that most people forget, is to point your domain at your Velocity and not your playable Paper server. With that being said, go to your CloudFlare and head to DNS, which stands for Domain Name System.

  • Next, click new "A record". Go ahead and find the IP (Without the port!) of your minecraft server and input it there. In the doc's, it will be labeled as "play.domain.com" but you don't have to do "play" if you do not want it to be.

Remember, your IP may not be the same as said in the images. Check your panel to see what your IP is for the correct server you want to point your domain too.

  • Once done, press save. Next create a "SRV record." Copy everything below except the "Port" (Red box) which should be changed to the port on the server you want to point too.

  • Press the save button and wait about 5-10 minutes. After that, your domain should be setup! Head to "play.yourdomain.com" and it should be setup! Please create a ticket if you have any issues.
